Certain drugs stay in your system longer than others. For what it’s worth, apparently Trier’s positive test this season was a trace amount equivalent to six grains of salt in 10 Olympic sized swimming pools. Which is why he was cleared in a relatively short amount of time.

In their last nine games (since embarrassing themselves against UCLA,) Arizona is 6th in the nation in defensive efficiency. If you take out the Oregon game that they played without their coach and second best player that number improves to third nationally. Depending on your viewpoint the latter stat may be cherry picking. What is undeniable however is that during their recent hot streak Arizona has been playing elite team defense.

I’m not trying to start anything. I think Saturday’s game would truly be a toss up. You guys have more talent and better coaching IMO. We just would have a little more experience and (with apologies to SGA and Knox) the one potential all time great playing in that game.

UK had way too many unforced TOs much of the season but have dramatically improved in that area.
