Not what I said. Pay them huge salary. Just don't need any 10 years contracts or huge buyouts. You pay enough per year you can avoid high buyouts.
This is Kentucky. If a coach isn't doing the job after year 3 or 4 you hire another one. Eventually you will find the right guy.
