This is a pretty irrelevant point. UK has always maintained one of the if not the very best home record in the country ever since moving into Rupp.

Exactly why UK should terminate their deal with the place and build a new arena.. Its built 100% for UK basketball,, so UK basketball should be able to use it as needed whenever they want.. Place is kinda outdated now anyway with other college arenas..

This is a ridiculous claim. Rupp has been updated numerous times and remains one of the premiere arenas in college basketball. Building a new area would be a huge waste of money as it is totally unnecessary.
