I'm talking the first leak/confirmed rumor, not the official press conference announcement. I think we'll have this thing done on Tuesday.

If not Friday, then Sunday. Byrne will avoid Saturday because everyone will be focused on the SECCG.

....Look, it's a pissy thing to argue over but to say Byrne would have a confirmed coach on hand early in the week and wait 4 days to announce it is ludicrous.

Read slowly: Byrne makes the announcement Friday, not because he has anything today, *******. He seals the deal by Friday and splashes it. Brings his man home with him and does the Cohen meet and greet in Starkville and Jacktown on Sunday. I'm through pissing.
