Isn’t filing a false address for legal purposes a major crime?Dude was basically arrested today and he plays. But this phoney address, or accurate addresss thing smells.
No he’s not shady the Rat Faced Bastard is dirty as hell . If there was an honest person in the compliance office of rhe NCAA he would have been exposed years agoK is shady as hell
So he had his custom ride already pimped out and ordered to him? It’s a loaner folks… it’s just an address where the car is registered.
So he had his custom ride already pimped out and ordered to him?
what is that?Playing Devils Advocate.. couldn't this be some sort of mistake or incorrect info? Because how could Duke staff be so dumb as to have their star player's address listed as a place that has cars worth $100,000 and up. That would be a seriously idiotic mistake on their part if they're trying to hide impermissible benefits.
But I'm sure there's gonna be more info to come. Not 24 hours later and people are already finding some shady **** about this whole ordeal.
The problem is not matter what shady **** is found, unless K and crew piss off the FBI or something, not a damn thing will happen.Playing Devils Advocate.. couldn't this be some sort of mistake or incorrect info? The issue is that’s listed as Bancheros address. Like his living address. That’s shady. What's the issue here? With the NIL players can now get cars, UK's players have some, and worth a lot more than a 4 year old chrysler jeep.
It’s a loaner folks… it’s just an address where the car is registered.
Always has been.K is shady as hell
His address is the issue, not the car. What's the issue here? With the NIL players can now get cars, UK's players have some, and worth a lot more than a 4 year old chrysler jeep.
He can literally pay for it himself. Who knows how much money he’s making. If an art student can pay for it they could have one too.Oh good I guess they'll loan me one too? If it's just Duke students, then I guess an art student can get a custom loaner too?
Duke and UNC have a history of these "loaners" that kids just get to keep. Iirc Louisville had a spell with them too
I see that as most likely a mistake that will be corrected. His address is the issue, not the car.
LoanerThe issue is that’s listed as Bancheros address. Like his living address. That’s shady.
If he gave the cop that address that’s even shadier. Try that some time, and see how that works for you. It won’t. You give iffy information to a cop, and hpthier BS meter will go off quickly. Don’t lie to cops. Usually doesn’t end well.
For the car. That’s fine. But that can’t be his living address.Loaner
And that can only happen because Duke is a private school. If Duke was a state school, they could be investigated for nepotism and conflict of interest. The person in charge of compliance at Duke is Kryshervky’s daughter who is the mother of the drunk driver
No one is griping about the car.Geez the NCAA doesn't care about payments or cash or cars . Its over people. Its the NBA Jr circuit and its all about money . The system is being drowned by money .. student athletes my *** . That dude at Duke could drive a different , new 100K car to his fake classes every day for a month and no one cares at the NCAA . Its over .
Yes, but where was the address listed? If it was on his license I could see the issue but if it was on the vehicle registration than who cares? No one is griping about the car.
It’s the fact the dealership is listed as his LIVING ADDRESS.
That’s a problem. For both safety reasons (if he we’re to get hurt, go missing, etc) and legal reasons (census, taxes, zoning etc).
I don’t think that’s been clarified has it?Yes, but where was the address listed? If it was on his license I could see the issue but if it was on the vehicle registration than who cares?
No rules or laws in durham heh.....get charged and still play....fraudsHe can literally pay for it himself. Who knows how much money he’s making. If an art student can pay for it they could have one too.
Sure it was...was it a mistake that he played and started after being charged and cited for being in a vehicle that the driver got a DWI?I see that as most likely a mistake that will be corrected.
