How do you guys think Dana is doing coaching this season? In my opinion, I think West Virginia is a dark horse to win the Big 12. I think this might be Holgorsen's year.

We have a lot of problems on defense. We have very little eye discipline. We bite on too many fakes

Wow. ....while I'd take that....you're admitting our defense sucks but we'll still have a decent/good season.
....and that's before considering our kicking game (and coverage).
Holgrosen did the right thing when he hired Spavital as OC. That has made a big difference in the play calling this year. That being said the offense seems to be young but doing well and can only get better as the season progresses.
The defensive secondary is struggling big time. Coach Gibson has a lot of work to do but is very capable. The defense should get better as the season unfolds. But there will be some growing pains.
Our special teams has been subpar and will cost The Mountaineers in tight games this season. I'm hoping Holgrosen can get our special teams playing better.
I have predicted a 8-9 win regular season for The Mountaineers and nothing has changed for me to change that prediction.
Holgrosen has done a solid coaching job after three games. But we will really know more once the tougher part of the schedule gets here. Oklahoma State, Oklahoma, TCU and KSU are going to be very challenging games this season.
Dana ain't 'coaching' the team. He is doing the paperwork and the TV shows. The assistants are telling the players where to stand. Warez
