Yell and stomp his feet. Spit a lot. And piss his pants.
I never understood why people wanted a coach that would sit around and take it in the *** by the refs.
If I was yelling and cussing I didn’t mind coach feeling the same way.
No, but you communicate with refs in a better way. If you blow up in front of everyone( like Scott just did - and Bo every game) it gives the players an excuse for poor play and a loss. No matter how bad a ref crew is blowing it, they are not the reason for a team losing by more than 8 points.
Somewhere between Riley and Pelini would be good. Frost is fine.
Wrong!! Refs stopped screwing us over at the end. I give Frost credit for that.
I hate this conversation. The refs were not good, but the holes in this squad are glaring and deserve all of the discussion. Long road ahead.
So, what are the players going to do in practice this week?...work on having all the breaks go their way?
Life has challenges, other people's mistakes cause hardship every day in life. Either you whine about it, or you work on the things you CAN control.
Maybe Scott should try some pants pissing, he's tried everything else with no results.
150 plus yards of penalties. It really hurt us on 3rd and long situations. We had a touchdown in a half of yards in penalties.
Life has challenges but if you let someone take advantage of you without calling it out, things won’t change. After Frost spoke up, it almost seemed like refs were calling make up calls for us.
You can call it whining all you want but something needed to be said today.
He’d probably have ended up in Lancaster County Jail. I’d help bail him out.
What're you going to do, throw a flag on the refs?...no...they're in charge. Just like the police, politicians, teachers & these players' future supervisors. It's called respect for authority. Unfortunately, authority makes mistakes, but there is an old saying that is still true no matter what generation you're from: You can't fight city hall. I'll add: you can't control authority, authority always wins( thanks John Cougar)
Control what YOU can control and don't whine like a ***** when things don't go your way, it's never a good look. i.e. ***** hats
Boy how we took those 9 wins for granted. I’d be happy with just one win to end the streak.
Of course you have to respect authority. That’s life. Refs were not calling a fair game. We are not good enough to overcome garbage calls on third and long. I would have been frustrated if Frost hadn’t said anything.
I'm not disputing saying something to the refs, but you can do it with a quiet respectul demeanor. It's more effective with officials anyway. When you make a spectacle out of the conversation, it demeans an official, it looks bad on camera, and gives your players excuses for poor play.
