She ain’t that hot. Not to lose what he lost.

Agreed. She wasn't hot enough to lose a job as a local high school principle, much less his job. But seeing how my standards are degrading up to this point and thinking about where that trend is going, and picking up on the standards of some older men I know, I suspect he has accurately guessed at what Jack's position would be.

I have sat at a table with quite a few of these folks. Put a little kiddie table 11 with Jack Lazorko at it most of these folks would move over there and where I would go.

Bruce, you got any Jack Lazorko stories you can share with the pack?

Oh, I'm sure you did. This is one of the better ledes I've seen-- and it's still strong some five and a half years later:

Gerald Berry came to Starkville in the mid-1960s to study anthropology and became a legend.
Here.

Also from The Reflector.

Most Lazorko stories I know I was told about since I did not actually play with Jack. My exposure to him mostly was during those Alumni games in the 80s and 90s and you just gotta be around him and you won't stop laughing. He was the only guy that would just abuse Coach Polk with all the flowery language you would expect from a New York/ New Jersey guy. Polkie would just shake his head.

I would buy Gerald's beer all night. We'd knock the bottom off every bottle and make arrowheads from them.

Its between #2 and #3. I think 3 because of jack of course but I'd also love to hear what the very outspoken clark would have to say to the weightlifter.

On another note, I spent 6 years at state in the 80s getting two degrees. I have been a fan since the early 70s. I never heard of gerald berry nor do I recall ever seeing him although I'm sure I did at some point.

Same here but during the 70s. Never heard of the guy. But I never took photography class either.
