What process does an AD have to go thru per NCAA...

to talk to coaches. With all of the stuff flying on the boards nothing has been an official statement except interim pres Ruby talking about interviews taking place and "lots of interest". If we're interviewing how is it possible we don't know "officially" who we've contacted? Isn't there a rule about ADs asking for permission to talk to coaches?
