I'll go first. I believe Saban got his team up to play Ole Miss and was concerned about Kiffin after last year's close game in Oxford. I don't think he was nearly as concerned about A&M and if you play that game 5 times his team wins 4. Just not last night.

Bama D dominated the second half other than the final drive.

Bama hasn’t looked great on the road this year. Let’s hope that continues.

But, A&M is hella talented especially on D. They’re a consistent QB away from being right in the thick of things.

QB for A&M played out of his mind in the first half and Alabama lost one of their best DBs two plays into the game. A&M also ran the ball right down their throat and their OLine was gashing Alabama in the first half.

You use the sarcaserisks but it’s not totally off base. Bama lost A TON of talent and experience from last year’s team. We all assumed they would just reload and not miss a beat because they are Bama. And heck, they may not lose another game after last night. But they’ve now gone on the road twice to play two good but not great teams and did not look very Bama-like in either game. The inexperience thing has to be a factor there.

Everyone is also assuming they will refocus and come in here and murder us next week. Entirely possible, but on some level you have to have some questions about them still. And if by some off chance they aren’t locked in and playing typical Bama ball again, we can give them a fight.

Young threw 48 times with 20 incomplete passes. He's young and immature and susceptible to making mistakes or at least looking average at times, even with that talent around him. A lot of that talent is young, too. Aggies made Bama think and put pressure on them all game, especially by being up. Bama's not used to that. Calzone, or whatever his name is, played well and they do have some awesome rb named Spiller. Aggies forgot about State loss and prepared for Bama.

I honestly believe Saban runs simulated games like Vegas does. Based on the talent and the production you list, there's like a 4% chance.

That being said, everyone will rush 4-6 against bama the rest of the year.

I don't know who Jimbo Fischer is but as far as Jimbo Fisher is concerned, the jury is still out. They have too many resources down there to lose 3/4 games a year. In my opinion Elko deserves credit for their defensive game plan last night.

Bama lost the game when Bill O'Brien threw the ball 3 consecutive times inside the 5 yard line that led to the FG. Absolutely idiotic. Run over Evan Neal 3 times and take your chances.

My Bama friends expect personnel changes this week on their end. There's been a lot of talk about some of their younger guys playing instead of some of their older guys. Apparently Mullen isn't the only one that has loyalty to upperclassmen.

We've done that a few times before. Bama doesn't. A&M's defense played better holding Bama to FGs and at the end when they needed a 3 and out. Bama has kept teams better than A&M off the scoreboard the entire 2nd half & gotten that final 3 and out consistently.

Jimbo made a great game plan but it was not a fluke. First time ever possibly but Bama did not reload after losing their top players to the draft. He may be getting 6 figures but their QB is still a freshman. Texas A&M has two freshman OL players with a 2nd string sophomore QB that had problems with us last week but pushed Bama around in the first half and made that last minute drive against the consensus #1 AND scored 41 points. They have problems on offense and do not have the usual Bama defense.

Bama is still, better than most teams and will win games but they might lose at least one more regular season game and Georgia IS as strong as usual. Not to mention that Kentucky continues to win. They aren't on the regular season schedule but they could still be there at the end of the season. I know you look at Bama's schedule out and say, "Who will beat them? It'll never happenI thought the same thing before the game last night.
