What is with the uniforms shown in practice

They are not games jerseys. And...by the way...you ARE looking at a Penn State football practice. :ROFLMAO:

Okay that makes sense. Make them practice with fancy uniforms and if they don't give 100%, we'll embarrass them by making them wear these in a game.
