....and I don't think we can go 11-5 and get beat the first day in Tampa and get in.

Question: Does the "10 win team that has never been left out" include the tourney or is that just regular season?

but I could see us getting in at 10-6 if we lose in the championship game. Especially if we take out 2 bubble teams on the way and, ideally, lose to LSU. 11-5 I think would put us square on the bubble and we'd either have to beat a bubble team to prove ourselves better than the SEC East teams or beat Arkansas to avoid damaging our resume. 11-5 and lose to Arkansas and we could get left out similar to Ole Miss losing to UGA last year. If we're on the bubble, it's gonna be a weird scenario with us being probably 2nd or 3rd in the league ahead of several bubble teams with the worst of the RPIs.

11-5 and one win in the tourney clinches it. And i think 10-6 in the SEC with 2 wins in the tourney clinches it. 4 more wins and we'll have a glimmer of hope depending on how conference tournaments go elsewhere. 3 wins or less and we can forget about it.

11-5 with a one-and-done showing in the tournament would have me uneasy. My guess is we'd get a bid still, but I certainly wouldn't say that's a slam dunk this year. I think a couple of unexpected things in conference tournaments could leave us out if things fell right.</p>
