Lembo is 54 years-old. VERY good coach. He has won 2 conference championships as a Head Coach. He would have been an excellent hire as Head Coach in 2021, maybe the football version of Frank McGuire who was 50 when hired here.

Carolina wasn't good last year with Lembo, and that was with an NFL quarterback and receiver. I don't think he would have moved the needle on Saturday.
