So I was at school during the Sherrill years, football was fun to go to and was a large part of my college experience. During my time it instilled an increased love of the university to me and my now wife. I give money to the bulldog club because of my experience and passion for football. Not to brag but in the upper percentages of bulldog club so have given for a while. My brother and sister in law were there for the Croom years football meant nothing to them. They could give money but don't because football really wasn't part of their college experience because they were so bad!!!!! So my question is how much would another year of this football cost the athletic program in donor money, not only those who will likely stop giving in protest, but those who may not because football was not meaningfully during their years with Moorhead? Just curious others thoughts?

He’s bleeding our AD dry....

Football is the cash cow of our university. He’s sucked the life out of an up-and-coming program in less than 2 years. Took a generational-type team last year and led them to a loss against a bunch of slow, untalented Midwesterners in a ho-hum Florida bowl.

So, from an athletics standpoint, he’s costing us damn near everything. We can’t afford to keep him.

Not much bc our talent is so far down. We weren’t going to be very good this year and next no matter what.

We still can’t lose to Ole Miss is their current state.

Respectfully disagree with you on talent level, on offense? Agree defense is down, but TN, KSU not more talented than us.

10 games in, and I still don’t have a clue as to what our identity is on any side of the ball. Well, I guess we know ST is a clown show, but both offense and defense is a discombobulated mess.

I’ll worry about execution once I figure out what in the hell it is that we’re trying to do

Relatively speaking, not very much.

Our offense is hard to learn, easy to defend.

Identity is finesse style, slow tempo, with power running game. In other words, our identity is cluster17.

6.5 million and we have enough boosters willing to donate to pay it off right now it’s just in the administrations hands to do it.

If he stays after this year, he's costing us more than his buyout is worth.
