Thanks KW. I just watched it. Yes it was a heck of a game. I am no coach & don’t even pretend to be a strategy critic, but two things really struck me as odd.
1) Swain kickoffs- even with Cherokee sending ten players up and one back, every kickoff looked like an onside attempt. Which created penalties and gave the GWY offense a short field for almost every possession.
2) Cherokee - resorting to pass in last possession. I thought they had enough time to work with to stick to the run game that did so well most of this contest.
