Nothing. What more would he need? He's one of the highest-paid coaches in any sport. He has a lifetime contract. He coaches at one of the few schools where people still care about college basketball. He flies on a private jet anywhere he wants to go. He gets any facility upgrade he wants.
He gets all of this while putting a slightly-better-than-mediocre product on the floor for the last 4 years. What in the world would he ask for other than maybe yet another job "opportunity" to come along so he can fleece Mitch for another raise.

If I were Coach Cal, I would ask Santa for players who play with heart, play for the name on the front of their jersey, players who eat, crap, dream of playing for their school.
