What does anyone know about Cary-Grove?

i know they run the triple option. How is their D? How does this year's team compare to last year?

I am not an expert on them but they are definitely not as strong as last year. Still, very good program who has been there and always under the radar. I think their qb is out with mono but they have Pennington in backfield who is a workhorse.
