I do not know the answer but would like opinions….What do all these teams have in common besides being losing programs
Nebraska
Miami
Florida
Florida St
Tennessee
Why can’t these teams get back up and be relevant ?

total scholarships
Television
Money dumps
Conference changing
Coaching changes

I’m sure I’m missing some more but these come to mind right away

Also, the Strength and Conditioning advantage we had from the 70s-90s. Everyone else has caught up to us or even surpassed us in this area now.
