I’ll start…

I made a big deal before the year saying Byron should petition up to 4a.

I was wrong.

I assumed the IHSA took enrollment numbers seriously in assigning classes for the playoffs.

I "hate" those guys!

Heard too much about Brian Wise from college friends on that team. It should have been Althoff, not Alleman, against them in the finals. Some bad decisions were made the night before that semifinal game.

I drove over that night, and got left at bar in Davenport! Give those guys a little break, Alleman had thrown the ball 12 times all season. I think they threw it 20+ times in the first half! Totally game-planned.

You must have been close to that team and those guys then.

Remember Steven Schott with the most brutal LEGAL hit that resulted in his ejection. Reminds me of the Lynn Swan shot.

Pro- The Bears will make the Wild Card round.

College- Marcus Freeman will be fired after the season (granted it was after the NIU game)

HS- MC will have a good team, but I don't know if they are going to win their 16th State Championship this season.

MC Everyone!!! MC meaning Merry Christmas this time!

Won with 25 players. I think if their QB Steve Maslin I think is his name would have played the year before in 85 TP might have won it all then

CCHS lost nearly all its starters on both sides of the ball from this year's team. With only 35 guys total in the program, there will be growing pains as this staff continues to build toward a consistent program. With our enrollment, we need all good athletes in the school to play football. I haven't seen our schedule, but 4 wins?
