I would say #25 or so or maybe getting votes. We still have two games against poor competition.

But beating IU would mean a lot plus playing ISU in Ames to a very close game means something if they keep winning

Same here, but that kind of jump just isn't happening. That would be leaping over 19 teams. (8 currently ranked and 11 others getting votes). The biggest jump ever was 16 spots. That was undefeated TCU going from 25 to 9 after they beat #4 Oklahoma in 2014.
