This was leaked for a reason. The mid terms calculus just changed. Abortion just became THE campaign issue
The leak is a huge deal and I firmly believe they’ll find out who all is involved.
Also don’t forget, this is just a draft and more than likely won’t be the final product.

The goal is twofold. Create scandal and pressure on fence sitting SCOTUS members to switch their position. Failing that? It’s to alter the mid-terms discussion from this fvcked up failing administration and party to abortion.

Not sure why overturning Roe is such a big deal. It should have always been a states rights issue and if this happens it will go back to each state.

Let's be clear what happened here tonight:

Sotomayor just leaked sealed Supreme Court documents through an underling to the press in an order to stop a ruling she disagreed with.

Sotomayor must resign immediately.

Yep. This is not good news for conservatives. Swing seats will now see a massive increase in Democratic funding and voter enthusiasm.

This was leaked Specifically to impact the midterms.

It was leaked after Nancy went to Ukraine to check on the dry cleaning. Now her money can funnel in. Bidens pathetic policy will be ignored and a ruling that won't stop abortions for most Americans will be the only topic discussed.

So the Supreme Court finally admitted abortion is not a “right” written anywhere in the constitution, and it’s basis that it’s protected under “privacy” is ********.

Watch as liberal heads explode from monsters that believe cutting up babies for profit and to shirk responsible, and remember….these are the people that think they’re morally superior to you.

what a coincidence that '2000 Mules' was released this evening...

a federal case against Dominion starts on the 4th...

Durham report just came out today. Charges that Hillary Clinton illegally paid for a false dossier to destroy an opposing candidate are supposed to come out Wednesday or Thursday.

I’m not 100% sold on that. Let’s wait and see how this plays out a little. It may galvanize conservatives as well.

Lot of people are fiscally conservative but socially liberal.
& will hold their social issues above their fiscal problems.
I do see this as a big problem in many swing states . Democrats know their policies is sinking this country & must play on emotions.

I'm probably in that mindset as well, but I see this as a State issue. If there are that many people that want it to be legal, then it shouldn't be a problem changing state law to reflect that right?

I'm socially liberal in many ways.
I'm against abortion because it's a baby & so many ways to prevent pregnancy...
I believe it's a state issue not federal. I'm against a strong overbearing central government.

It's funny, the same people that want a centralized government (libs) are now seeing the downside to it. One body of 9 people are making a decision. Put it back to the States where supposedly with all the support for abortion will be able to enact laws in all the States.

It is the job of the supreme court to break down the constitution in every way & decide what was said according to law , not to make law , to decide if law makers are following the constitution.
This should be left up to the states , killing your baby is not protected under the constitution.
Same people who want to kill babies ( our body our choice) demand we get a vaccine that dont stop the spread of a virus that has a 97+% of survival & a greater survival rate in kids .....go figure

It intellectually is the proper decision. Even liberals agree. https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/the-pervading-dishonesty-of-roe-v-wade

SCOTUS doesn't even have any decision days scheduled at present. This leak was politically motivated. Sotomayor and Amit Jain need to resign. Sotomayor, not only because she directed this leak, but also because I always have to look up her damn name.

Whoever was behind the leak needs to leave their job. The leak itself should worry people from both sides a great deal.

Somebody leaks a draft Supreme Court opinion. That should be fairly easy to track down don't you think? But no one will be allowed to track it down is my expectation.

I think it's going to be tracked down (by someone) and it'll be made public.

I think the world knows who leaked it. Will he admit it? It was a clerk for Sotomayor
