No, they weren't. But things were VERY different in 2011 than it is now. Cal was 100% right about that whole microwave society thing, and it's gotten exponentially worse since then.

I watched the Iowa State vs Texas Tech game last week. They are going to be a handful and a half. I am not saying we can't beat them, but it will take our best effort and best game of the season to do it. They are a really good team
