Mine is around $250/month with 5 smartphones. We share 8 gbs a month. Kids are schooled hard on using Wi-Fi anywhere available. With Verizon. Any better deals out there? Btw 4 of our 5 phones are paid. Feel like I’m getting bent over!

Terrible reception in my area! My brother in law has sprint and literally gets no coverage here.
8 phones, internet, and a mifi for 580 a month. Verizon. Unlimited, but I am shopping soon, also.
I pay only $30/month for no contract unlimited data with T-Mobile. Only get 100 minutes a month of voice, which is 99 more than I need. Really, I'd hardly need a phone at all, except with kids it is nice to stay connected for emergencies. Plus, watching Netflix, Vudu, etc. is nice for the kids when stuck in Texas-sized traffic jams.
$19 a month. RedPocket. Unlimited/unlimited/1000. I dont use but 1/3 of that. Thinking of dropping down to the $15 a month tier. A cellphone isnt that important to me. They actually annoy me.
$15 tracfone bring your own smartphone plan, and use the service so little, I still feel like I am getting ripped off. May go back to MagicJack, which I had used previously for 5-7 years. My home internet bill is $75 though for 100/10. I use the heck out of that.
Im looking to move to something more reasonable like Straightalk, because Verizon is just way too much anymore. Been with them since Alltel, but I think I'm done.
Check to see how Mint Mobile coverage is in your area. Bring your own phone, 15 bucks a month. Unlimited talk, text, and 2GB high speed data.
Been with them for 18 months and had zero problems. They use the tmobile network.
The unlimited plans do not qualify for corporate discounts. They only honor active military discounts. I would have switched. Im in basically the same boat as the OP, but I only have 4 phones, and I get 20gb a month shared. 16+4 bonus.

To dam much, isn't much choice in rural areas either Verizon or us cellular, US has better reception but their plans suck, the other companies won't work or very iffy west of lincoln. Verio is coming in now so we'll definitely check out their plans
I assume the point of the OP's post is not about your personal gains thru employment, it's an obvious attempt to xplore the market to save money. Your business perks are very beneficial to the conversation...got anything else to add while you're at it?
I've got a family plan through Verizon. There's 3 of us and that costs $220 something dollars a month
$220 per month for 5 smartphones, 1 iPad and 1 Apple Watch with unlimited talk and text and 24gb with rollover per month on Verizon, now I do get a 22% discount on my bill so that makes it a little more reasonable. You may want to check with your employer to see if they offer a discount with any of the carriers. Cellphone taxes in Nebraska are about 23% which is out of this world (2nd highest in the country I believe).
Verizon. $200 for 2 lines. Unlimited Data for both. Full insurance and we are still paying for the phones as you would expect now a days. We got a deal on the phones and are only paying 15 a piece for them.

My wife and I have a Verizon 2GB share plan, paying $78 a month including employer discount. We make heavy use of home and office wifi and virtually never use data in the car. Works for us.
Way too much but its convenient. About 270 for 3 phones which we are dumbasses and think we need new phones every 2 years. We share 12 GB per month.
I've been on Republic Wireless for about 3 years and I absolutely love it. I keep telling people to sign up and they keep overpaying for stupid reasons because they don't believe it will be good, it's like they think I'm trying to trick them into some kind of ponzi scheme or something. Republic doesn't support iPhone so that stops a lot of people, but I'm a big Android loyalist.
They use Sprint's bandwidth along with somebody else, not sure who the second company is. My signal has been much better than it was on T-Mobile. I pay like $23 a month for unlimited talk & text and 1GB of data. You can add a GB of data any time for $5, you just open the app and click to buy a gig.
I almost never buy an extra gig unless I'm going on vacation and want to run Pandora for hours in the car. I'm almost always on WiFi. It trains you not to use so much data, which helps you put the f***ing phone down and live your life at least when you're not on WiFi.

I paid $120 for an LG smart phone through Tracfone. Specs are as good as my wife's Iphone. That came with a year's free service and 100 texts, 100 minutes, 100MB per month. I don't come close to using any of that. I am cheap but have more money than I know what to do with. 
5 iPhones - unlimited text and data. I think 1500 minutes of voice, but we’ve never approached that.

I had a company flip phone for free, but am retiring and needed my own. Mrs had a Galaxy Note 3 that was falling apart. We got a buy 1 get one Note 9 for free if we added a line, which I needed to. Two Verizon lines unlimited talk and text 12g with rollover for $120/mo. We don't approach the 12G. My dream was to get off the grid, buy our next home and utilities with our LLC and all that. Unfortunately, the smart phone has so many nice features, but tracks me, my dream of getting off the grid is gone.
AT&T, 2 phones @ $50 each with unlimited everything. Before that Verizon was bending us over with that $250 a month for two phones.
Sprint. I have 6 phones all being leased, 2 apple, and 4 samsung. Got a 2 for 1 on the Samsungs, but it was a battle. Unlimited text and data, like 1400 minutes of talk which never matters. Can go national without issues. Do on occasion have some roaming issues, but not bad.

Location location location. We had Sprint and it was a lot cheaper than Verizon but coverage outside of major cities was bad. When we moved to nowhere Idaho our Sprint coverage was even worse. Despite all the commercials saying how their coverage has improved Sprint is still bad in our area so we bit the bullet and switched to Verizon.

Yeah but every time I go there I feel like they’re trying to up sell me.
I believe there's a place online where you can compare your needs vs different plans with Verizon. You are right - every time you set foot in the store they want to sell you the latest and greatest (and most expensive) phone. If you can't find what you need online try calling them - I found they are much less pushy on the phone.
