Awesome pick-up. He should have been at MSU all along. We will need linemen in the worst way come fall 2020.
Yeah man, Moorhead is doing all the things I wished Mullen would have done. If he can ever figure out the on-field part, I think he will most definitely get us to the next level.Correct, but when dealing with the Mullen regime, there were just certain prospects out there that were just not willing to play for John Hevesy. Scott Lashley should be at MSU right now as well.
Brent Smith's son is transferring from LSU. Played in 2 games as a true FR last fall. Will sit out this fall and then have 3 years to play 3, unless he can get a 6th year. Looks like a good pickup by Moorhead.
At first I thought you were talking about the OL from Memphis that we thought we would get back in the 2018 class (actually signed with Arkansas, not Tennessee, but Tennessee was a big player for him). If that had been true, we would have essentially made that 2018 class pretty elite.Anybody notice drew Richmond transferred from Tennessee this offseason? Weren’t we in his final 2?
(that sounds like something out of Star Trek, they need to come up with a better name for it).
of redass over it. Since then they have been calling him a bust so I fully expect him to land in Oxford.

Would be huge, especially with Dantzler likely going pro.He might not be the last LSU freshman transfer we get. Rumor is Raydar Jones isn’t happy and if he decides to transfer, MSU would be the likely landing spot.

If he’s half as good as his old man was it’s a great pick up.

Yeah he's not as terrible as people make him out to be. Who knows what would have happened if he hadn't gone for it on 4th down? He probably would have gotten to coach Jevan Snead in 2008 and who knows what they would have done. And yet he's 25-9 (15-7) at LSU. I'm beginning to think he may have learned from the fiasco in Oxford and be a better coach than we give him credit for. Or at least good enough to win with the great athletes he's never had much problem recruiting. And since when has LSU ever had a proven QB.
