Basketball and now baseball has been hit hard with injuries. Hopefully Jacob won't be out more than tonight.

Hit by a pitch? The reason I'm asking is that the live stats shows us at bat in the bottom of the first.

Took a liner off the knee pitching to the #2 hitter.

Frost picked it up and got the force out at second for the out... but Lindgren leaving the game is huge. Hopefully just a bruise and he can throw next weekend.

OK, thanks. I was afraid that was what happened. And yes it's huge. Let's just hope it didn't break the kneecap. But he has a lot of very good backup.

I'm so sick and 17ing tired of injuries. Every damn sport. Plagued in baseball last year. Plagued in basketball this year. Woodruff's had elbow concerns, now Lindgren knee. Both probably won't affect us going forward but still. Damn Indians

I believe we were up in that game too. It was this weekend last year too (week before SEC play started) where we lost Bradford and Norris both to injuries. I think.
