Maybe some of these alleged new hires looked at our past three years and the scary 2020/2021 schedules and decided this might be a bad location to fatten a resume. Frost will surely be here for several more years but that doesn’t mean assistants are safe.
As for needed coaching changes, at this point we don’t have any choice but to trust Frost’s judgment and he has expressed no frustration with coaching. Mickey Joseph might be great but when we recruited him as a player we thought the same thing and that didn’t work out.

Go forward staff is in place except the OLB coach and Ruud can cover that for now. I suspect Frost and Chinander know who the new defensive assistant will be already and can tell recruits.
