Legitimately didn't know people still read Deadspin. That site has fallen off a cliff. Wouldn't worry about it.

And gotta say- the people whining about how they're embarrassed over this on behalf of UK fans are 100x more unbearable than anyone making these calls or giving Higgins a hard time.

Yep. They're the ones who give a crap about appeasing people who believe every stereotype of Kentuckians. They're so desperate to be liked and not associated with a fan base. I think of them on par with white people who hate being white.

Why would you mention that when you have an agenda? Ignore what hurts your argument and only present one side. That's journalism nowadays.

If he included the history, it would show that it's validated but he wanted to portray the fans as "crazy."

Well, it worked. Our fan base wanted Higgins to know how we felt.

Which means he will be calling all of our non-conference games later this year.

Seriously, how in the world can they ever let him ref another UK game after this? He is going to HATE HATE HATE us now. Not that he didn't before but now it is totally out in the open

Well it was me lol. I sent it to them last night on twitter. But i just took down my avatar thinking everyone would be mad about it. I wanted higgins name out there and to let the nation know he is a joke. I also loved the fact that the guy called his company and told him all that stuff. If I can figure out how to post the picture I will show you my avatar. Also just told them thanks for all the credit being sarcastic but just glad it's out there that he is a joke.
