so you're saying rhule to michigan?

I would love to be a fly on the wall to see Matt Campbell's & Fitz' reaction to this.

Would Brett Bielema leave Illinois for Michigan? Hell, he should consider it!

What other head coaches will Michigan consider?

It'll never happen given his age, but KF would be a perfect fit at Michigan. If the rumor mill was to be believed, Lloyd Carr lobbied hard for KF after he retired and KF interviewed and was offered the job, but Mary Sue Coleman (the new president at UM) nixed it due to the Satterfield issue at the time.

You know why he feels that way. He has the same views as Charlie Kirk did to black pilots.
You mean he actually wanted to have the jets flown by those who earned it through skill assessments and merit, regardless of skin color, versus those who got it because of it? Actually listening to things in full context can be helpful and informative. But I understand that ruins the narrative.

Interesting development.
IMO, Michigan needs to go outside of the Harbaugh/Moore staff. There have been more than a normal amount of off field issues.

Could they go after the Oklahoma or Texas coaches, or Missouri?
I don't know how recently they each signed contracts.

Maybe they go the NFL route also.

I need to hear more about this...

I know Lloyd and Norm Parker were good buddies.

Two brand name jobs around that time Kevin Warren was in charge pushing for that kind of thing. Seemingly under qualified & out of the blue. One university (UM) definitely into that kind of thing. Also a big push for more diverse nfl coaches, whether qualified or not.
Unprofessional relationship. Why was he hired in the first place? Both him & Mel Tucker fired for insubordination. Maybe someone was right.

Yep, with time comes clarity, better to wait than besmirch
Not sure what to tell you if you think reputations are based on message board convos... While we are on this topic you should look up the definition of rumor, it might key you into the topic of conversation.

I hadn't heard the interview rumor, but Carr supporting Kirk was noted in several places.

I think you are too serious about this subject and dont tell me what I should do, I know the deal on this topic as it is pretty self evident.

Ryan Day was an assistant coach without head coaching experience like Dan lanning....pretty big programs to hire guys like that.
Tucker was a d- coordinator in NFL( bears) and a head coach at Colorado who was an instant hit at MSU.
Moore was assistant head coach who took over when harbaugh was suspended.
If Iowa names Wallace as KFs successor would that be crazy? Same credentials as Moore.

Are all black assistants not qualified to move up?
Two coaches fired, for insubordination. No buyouts. Nothing.

This was the absolute best candidate they could find.
