I just want to see effort and intensity. Our last two efforts have been two of the softest performances I remember.

The last MSU team I saw that played like this one: The doomed bunch who took the field against Ole Miss in 2008. It's that 17ing bad.

The only remnant of core left to melt would be seeing Luke get down on all fours in our end-zone and hike his leg. Maybe then Cohen might take notice and just escort Joe on out of the stadium right into an Uber headed to New Jersey.

I think when/if we lose to Arkansas I’ll probably be upset. Nothing that happens tomorrow or against Bama (and likely A&M) will bother me any. I’m expecting us to get our *** kicked. Very similar to pre-2009 feeling for me.

While i agree we're going to get our *** kicked against LSU & Bama, what's changed? We were 2-18 against LSU & Bama from 2009-2018 with only 4-5 of those games being close in the 4th quarter.

This is a hard week to judge since LSU historically beats us like a red headed step child regardless of how our respective seasons are going. I'd say a loss under 2 TD's would be a moral victory.

While i agree we're going to get our *** kicked against LSU & Bama, what's changed? We were 2-18 against LSU & Bama from 2009-2018 with only 4-5 of those games being close in the 4th quarter.

With the exception of 2010 and 2013, Mullen kept it close or beat with LSU. Since 2014, we are 2-3 vs LSU with 2 losses by 3 points or less.

Bama is a different story though, except for 2017. But it’s hard to say Mullen didn’t have us competitive against everyone on an annual basis, except for Bama.

I vividly remember one of the worst Georgia teams in history looking like the Kansas City Chiefs against our defense.
