This song completely melted my 8th grade brain when I got the tape for selling magazines for school. The part around 4:15 is just insane. I've never heard anything like it until hip hop in the 80s.
That's awesome! First started listening to this for the first time back at PSU in mid-80s.
My hand gets tired just playing the air guitar to this, and not to brag, but I'm a pretty good air guitar player.

I think I discovered the album sometime late in my PSU days. Sir George Martin definitely brought his Beatles game to the production.
This may be the high point of Western civilization right here.
Imo, the greatest Classic Rock instrumental of all-time... Jessica by the Allman Brothers.
