Going old school this weekend. Drinking ole fashioned Lite. I’ll be on a boat all day Saturday, golf course half a day Sunday, and in the pool Monday. Doing a pulled pork for the boat tomorrow. Headed to Ft Mcree because the beach is a little festive this weekend(not that there is anything wrong with that). Gonna do a beef tenderloin for the parents Monday night.I will update with pics. Night Court Bitches!

I did a wagyu brisket about 3 weeks ago. It was really good. Was it worth it? I can't say it was. All the amazing fat you are paying for gets rendered and sent down the drain.

Supposedly someone cracked the code on Aaron Franklin's brisket. They think when he wraps them with butcher paper, he's adding wagyu tallow to the wrap. I'm going to try it.

Putting some beef tenderloin and sweet corn on the grill Sunday after church. Grilling burgers and dogs on Monday. Going to the Grizzlies-Jazz games on Saturday and Monday nights. Probably sip a little Blackened on the rocks tonight, but plan for coolers-full of old school Miller Lite and Ultra, which supports volume drinking.

Lake cookout with boating is the plan. Grilling

Asparagus, squash, onions tomatoes along with sausage, pork chops, ribeyes, wings, sweet corn. Of course lake lemonade will be available and a great dessert. Weather should be great with some great tunes.

3 racks of baby backs went on the Weber at nine this morning. I've got Jalepeno poppers ready to go on (with the Vallagret cheese I scored) along with corn, beans, and my grandmother's recipe for potato salad and slaw.
