I was along for the ride till I saw that TRULY. Man I don't see how anybody can drink any of those fruity seltzer things. They do make me feel good about myself though because if those are the only things available I just go without and that helps me tell myself I'm not an alcoholic.

No but I did do some boudin in one awhile back. At that time I worked for a national brand company and we were having a sales meeting out West and some guys had asked me to bring some boudin to them. They couldn't wait to get it home so we used the in room coffee maker w/ some beer poured in it and let them simmer kind of like a brat. They said they were awesome but I refused to try them, didn't want to taint my taste buds

MeridianDog... Quaker Oats instead of breadcrumbs in the meatloaf... Who could have known?

This is how my mom did them. I'm not sure there was ever any leftover bread at our house.

Update on the meat chili- was going to re-heat it on Sunday, then realized it made an awesome cold dip for chips, crackers, or celery.
