So if the students on an athletic team must quarantine, that must also force them out of an in-person learning option and onto the remote platform, correct? Thanks.

Correct, which is why a lot of football players are staying remote to begin with.

I know most of this board doesn’t care about the lower levels, but Hinsdale Central Sophomores still don’t have an opponent for this weekend. Proviso West doesn’t have a Sophomore team this year.

Check with MSL teams. I think it's Schaumburg who doesn't have a JV team

St. Viator is now looking for a game as Marmion has cancelled on them. Viator was off last week when Pat's cancelled on them.

Mount Carmel isn’t playing on the lower levels this week. De La Salle Freshman canceled due to Covid and they don’t have a Sophomore team. I know the MC freshman are just taking it as a bye and I don’t know if the Sophomore team found a replacement.

I just heard HC Sophomore will travel to Plainfield North tomorrow. Both teams found out this morning. Makes for an interesting in game coaching experiment.

Somewhat similar to the old Weds/Sat playoff format when you could conceivably find out the opponent at 9pm Wednesday and not have HUDL for digital video exchange or rapid breakdown possibilities.

Batavia is looking for fresh/soph B games. Willing to play a school’s freshmen A team against our fresh(30 freshmen)/soph(15 sophomore) B players. Special teams too.

Just looking to get games for all players at fresh and soph level.

I’m assuming Varsity, correct? Whatever it takes to play right now. HC Sophomore parents were told they need to drive the players to the game. If HC takes a bus, they won’t make the 4:15 kick off.

They are certainly earning their money and my respect. These 6 weeks are putting years on their lives.
