Oklahoma destroyed Nebraska today. This was the first complete game tha Oklahoma played. True it was against a bad Nebraska team but still.

Cal is up by 3 on Notre Dame at half. They were booing them as they left the field. I think they are a little hard on the new coach.

Vanderbilt and Northern Illinois is on CBSSN now and Vanderbilt is up 14-7. NIU’s QB apparently is a Michigan State transfer. Didn’t know that before.

Winners generally figure out how to win wherever they land. This dude did it ad a DIII school where there are no scholarships. He certainly understands how to do more with less.

Lance Leipold, a six-time National Champion, a five-time conference coach of the year and the fastest coach in NCAA history to reach 100 career wins, has been named the 41st head coach in Kansas Football history, Director of Athletics Travis Goff announced on April 30.

Leipold arrives at Kansas after a successful six-year stay at Buffalo, where in his final three seasons, he posted three straight winning seasons for the first time in 20 years. He won 24 games over the final three seasons, which included a seven-game shortened-season schedule in 2020 because of the COVID-19 pandemic, marking the most successful three-year run in Buffalo history.

A proven winner with a strong track record for player development, Leipold served as the head coach at Wisconsin-Whitewater for eight seasons from 2007 to 2014, capturing six NCAA Division III national championships and tallying an astounding record of 109-6.

USF could have won this game!!! The center screwed the pooch
The coach screwed the pooch by playing it safe on the road. Well under a minute to go, you’re in the red zone and you’re running the ball for field position. Play to win and you’re less likely to lose.

Maybe. I haven’t seen a dominant team in the conference this year. Minimal injuries and a few breaks it could be us or anyone else too.
Anyone cept Houston & their cellar dwellar mates Navy & Temple.
