Thought I would give my 10 games that look intriguing for week 2. By all means give your thoughts on other games you are keeping an eye on or are going to go watch. You want top get into predictions have at it, without further do here we go:

Skutt-Waverly
I think we can all agree both of these teams are really good. If we get to that point could see them later down the road playing again. Played in last years semis, can Waverly make that next step jump. Close game, like Skutt in a close one

Millard South- Elkhorn South
Both teams highly rated. A good early season match-up to show where both these teams stand in Class A. Real intrigued on how Elkhorn does here still seem like they are Class B to me.

Adams Central- Wahoo
These two programs have been very consistent over the years, could even lead to them being powerhouses if you wanted too. Both in semis, another one of those early season match-ups where a game like this can really show where you stand this early. Like the home team in this one.

BRLD-Oakland-Craig
Lots of athletes and lots of talent. Another one of those early games where both teams were in the semis last year. Seems to me its one of those good old fashioned Northeastern of the state kind of games. Would be a really good game to watch if you can make it. Like defending champ but one of those grinder type of games.

Wilbur Clatonia- Sutton
Just another one of those games with two programs that have had some success the last few years. Can Wilbur slow down the Sutton run game. I'm gona guess Sutton will run it a lot and just for good majors will run it some more. Like Ground game of Sutton, seems like a toss up for me though

Bertrand-Dundy County

First things first, Travel Much? That alone is a challenge in itself. Vikings come of large win last week where Dundy didnt play at all. How hoes that challenge these kids and impact the game. Travel vs First game of season. Both bring back lots of talent from last years team. Vikings a sleeper team this year in my opinion and Dundy is on a mission to take that next step for their program. Can Bertrand stop the run game of Dundy? Can Bertrand get creative with some of their athletes to let them make plays? I like Dundy with size and a run game in this one

Cambridge- Amherst

Can I just say we've got some storied programs here. Both have been 11 man before now in 8 man and have had success in both. RPAC vs FKC always interesting to watch conferences play each other. Both took care of business last week now that early test to have that chance to put yourself on the map. Both have some tough games left on the schedule, being 2-0 compared to 1-1 sure helps with confidence going into some of those games. Big early game for both squads. Coin flip for me Ill take the FKC and go with the Broncos in a tight one

Medicine Valley-Alma

Dad vs Son. Son vs Dad. That alone has my attention. If given the chance does either side attempt and run up the score to prove a point? Has the torched been passed to the young grasshopper or does the Teacher still got a few tricks for the youngster. Holiday dinners could get real interesting down the road. Like the Teacher in this one. Time to show the son who's still the boss around here. Ill take Med Valley

Elm Creek- Hi-Line

One of those FKC football battles early in the season. Don't always get to see some of those. Both have some challenges on the schedule still so an early season win can be a big boost for either side. Athletes on both squads, which athletes can make plays. Buffaloes have always ran consistently over the years can they continue that? Bulls are still new in this coop can they gel enough together and improve from last week to win against a solid program? Either way buffaloes or bulls could be a stampede Friday night, like the athletes of the bulls to squeak out a win

McCool Junction-Harvard

Rematch of last year's Final who wouldn't be intrigued by that match-Up again. Another one of those teams who didn't play in a true game last week. How does that go for the mustangs. Harvard is coming off of a loss which doesn't happen to often these last few year how do the respond. Could really see a shootout here. Never seen the 6 man game before this is one you for sure should try and make. Mustangs have redemption on their mind, along with athletes. Ill take McCool in this shootout.
