3. On a scale of 17 to 17 - how shocked were you that we were ranked 17th in the CFP? I was absolutely shocked, but believe that it is merited.
- I really like what Leach is doing with the team (maturity, calm, hard-work, discipline, a very strict process, etc.).
- My fear is that 18-22 year olds will let it get to their heads and "play down" to the perceived competition (Ala LA Tech and then Memphis, after our high of beating NC State).
- My preference would have been to be snubbed by the voters and approach Arky with a chip on our shoulder (as I believe we had with A&M), rather than the other way around (playing not to lose our ranking). Scorn is a great motivator.
