Wow, Frost really has some control!! The first time I watched this video he dropped the ball. The next six times I watched, the video froze before the snap and didn't pick up until he threw the ball.

Frost controls even the internet!

Just saw a short interview with Deontre Thomas. Forgot about that dude, would think he will be part of the mix in terms of Dline play.

Is that you?

I knew Boyd, my family knew Boyd, he was a helluva good guy back in the day. Would open up his office and let Boosters run around, while setting-up off season exhibitions with Tom Rathman literally breaking the chains on a sled back from SF while Keith Jones ran a 4.3 electronic.

He has my respect.

These guys are in incredible shape compared to last year.

While I do think the work ethic seems to be higher than in years past, this is something we said early on with Pilini as well. Don’t recall if people were saying this with Riley but it’s not the first time I’ve heard it..

It wouldn't be spring ball without the team being stronger, faster and more dedicated than ever before. That's the party line every year. What is different this spring is I believe it and a lot of guys on the team pass the eye test.

Key part there is “early on” the last few years under Pelini were about as bad as Riley. There was no physical development for the majority of the team, with the exception of the guys that actually cared and they were few and far between.
It was very disheartening to see players coming in and looking almost no different their senior year, as they did their freshman year.

The eye test on OL is different for sure. Looking at those guys in 2017 on TV you'd see their arms and be like, "I'm sorry, THAT is a D-1 offensive lineman who is on scholarship to lift weights and shove 300 lb dudes around? Because no, I don't think it is..."

Yeah, we had linemen looking like out of shape tight ends back then..
