Some notes:

Media watched the first 30 minutes.

Back in full pads.

Deontai Williams looks like a stud, probable starter at S.

Walk-on Joey Johnson playing well at LB, could add depth/special teams.

Garrett Nelson getting some time with 2's, could help this fall.

Caleb Tannor back, Kade Warner back, Wandale running plays, C. Hickman still out

Wandale looking good on jet sweep

WR Andre Hunt a lot of time with 1's, looks good

Top O-line: Jaimes-Hixson-Jurgens-Wilson-Farniok, though C are rotating, Cam no live reps yet

MoWash practicing, probably will be until April 10 court date

Garrett Snodgrass in attendance.

Joey Johnson was the defensive MVP in the shrine bowl, so makes sense

Anyone know status of Jaevon McQuitty? He hasn’t been mentioned all spring and I heard rumor he may still be dealing with injuries?

I'll add more notes if I get the chance. I'm sure HBK will be bringing the goods. If anyone else has anything, please feel free to add.

And this, which is kind of nice wrt AMart. And apparently Damion needs a couch to 5K program.

This kind of stuff is sort of like eye roll worthy...so a finally conditioned young guy can't do more than 5 snaps (in a row I assume) where on average the play might last 4 seconds and on average he might move 10 yards?

I think sometimes coaches try way too hard to make things seem so much more than it needs to be.

Shoot, 3 Husker basketball players just played 40 minutes for 3 straight games.

I took it more as a shot at Damion to get in better shape. Something to get him motivated.

I really think it was him trying to challenge him to get into better shape. That being said, not sure if you're being facetious or not but we're talking two very different sports with very different demands. I doubt those basketball players could play NT for 40 minutes in one game much less 3.

To be fair, Tuioti watched film from last season and suggested Damion was only able to go 3 straight plays last season before getting tired.... 5 is clearly an improvement.
