Looking at the map, where does everyone park it? Doesn't look like much around the stadium at all.

Who knows, a decent tremor might open up fissures in the ground to park in (fall into).
In the last week there were a couple magnitude 3 quakes around San Francisco. There could possibly be a ripple effect Southward along the San Andreas fault.

Weather Channel app forecast now mentions thunderstorms in the afternoon. I was in San Diego a couple of years ago during an atmospheric river and remember quite a bit of wind, but not seeing that in tomorrow’s forecast.

The rains have begun and don't look like they'll be stopping. Of all the winter weekends for Iowans to come to Cali, they happen to play when the weather is trash here and actually nice over there.

I live ~20 miles from The Coliseum.

Comrades:

My direct line (think Cold War red rotary telephone) to CalTech's seismic monitoring indicates , so far today, 9 magnitude 1-2 quakes. No new magnitude 3 quakes farther North on the San Andreas fault. I am starting to lean towards giving the all clear to travel to/attendance at the Coliseum tomorrow.

HOWEVER, I am getting uneasy about the mudslide prospects mentioned above and the giant genetically modified (evidently free range) turkeys. Notification of any enormous turkeys and/or mudslides would be appreciated.

I feel bad for the Hawk fans that traveled in LA only to sit in the rain all game. Ugh!

But, it probably helps the Hawks.
