Silly to say that, much less believe it. They'll be the favorite and if UL hits the 3 ball well, Cats are gonna lose. Cal is a better coach, we have better athletes, but experience in December wins a lot more than it does in March.

Well, Loserville is ALWAYS more experienced than us in December (any other month too) and they always get an L for their effort.

Cats will step up in the big game.
After a boring home schedule, our fans are saving themselves for this game. Will be a raucous crowd and our guards will feed off their energy. Transition baskets will be the key. Cats will prevail...like usual against the dirty birds.

I have no doubt that we'll take a couple more lumps before these guys are March run ready, but not at Rupp in Cal's favorite game.

They beat us when they have better players and only on their home court.

Hagans >>> Perry
Maxey >>> McMahon
Whitney <<< Nwora
Montgomery = Sutton
Richard = Enoch

Quickley, Brooks, Sestina, Juzang > (Kimble, Williams, Williamson, Johnson)

Calipari >>> 10-loss Mack

Rupp Arena > Road Team

We have BETTER PLAYERS. We have MORE TALENT. We have BETTER ATHLETES. We have THE BETTER COACH. We are AT HOME.

8 of our players have NBA potential to be drafted. I only see 3 on their team that may get drafted...1-2 may get a contract somewhere.

Our back court is better. The only way they win is if we let them out tough us.

It'll be hard to punk us like they did Mich. at Rupp though..

Their strength is experience and physical hard nosed basketball.. It's gonna be a ugly low scoring game.

They have experience but that's it. Don't be fooled by Michigan last night. That's an exhausted basketball team. They are better than they showed tonight. Not #4 good.

We always blast them. Nwora will shoot them out of this game. Might be the most selfish player in America. He's horrible. McMahon can shoot but he's too slow. Sutton, I like. Rest of them nothing special. They will falter and be a fringe top 25 team as the season wears on. They may have reached their potential. They will wear down as season progresses and plays Duke,UNC, UVAWe haven't reached 25% of where we will be.

I thought they played very well on defense. It’s gonna be a matter of how the game is called by the refs when we play them. Will it be ticky tac? Or will the refs let us play. UL is a good team. Don’t think they’re not. Gonna have to play great D and hit our shots to win.

I feel better about our chances after watching last nights game

But its a rivalry game and UL will be up for it. Mack has something to prove, similar to Harbaugh against Ohio St. Lets hope the outcome is the same.

I think we beat UofL in Rupp, also, and next year, we will destroy them, even though it is in the Chicken Bucket.

Louisville has been playing really good ball and we haven’t. Not being a negative nancy but I see no reason why our fans are hyping this team up to only bash them if they lose.

Sutton is what makes that team go- he’s better than Montgomery

Nwora will be the best player on the floor- we do have the defense to make this game difficult and ultimately our guards are imo quite a bit more reliable.

Sutton isn't better than the EJ that showed up in our most recent game. Let's see if EJ can sustain that, now that he is fully healthy.

Michigan looked slow and unathletic. May be exhaustion, may just be a lack of athletes. That is what jumped out at me the most last night about that game. And Louisville did play really good defense, have to give credit where credit is due.

We are a different group. Not as experienced as Michigan, but we are orders of magnitude more athletic.

Not if we keep losing players to injury. At this pace we'll have 7 healthy players to go

Not in a power-forward role he's not better. EJ's length/athleticism will give him fits...Sutton is more skilled/strong...but undersized. That's where I see it as kind of a wash.

Every year UofL runs through other teams that they have more length and athleticism than....but then they face a team like us and they're caught off guard as they haven't played anything as long or fast. They aren't able to run us or intimidate us the way they do other opponents.

Seems like this UofLOL squad likes to chirp a lot before playing their opposition. Damn near a guarantee they will give our guys some form of bulletin board material prior to the game. I'm hoping they do. Anyway, Cats by 8.

It would be better for them if they drop a game before they play us. I just can't see them coming in here in there first real road raucous environment game, ranked #1, undefeated, and win.

Cal will have our guys foaming at the mouth. Rupp will be bonkers. They're gonna get rattled, just like they do every time they come to Rupp. They always have that deer in the headlight's look. I looked at their schedule and they're trying to change it up this year so they have more time to prepare for us LOL. They play Miami OH on the 18th and don't play again until they play us on the 28th. But we have a week off as well, and there's a good chance we might be coming off a loss to Ohio State, which will make us even more desperate.

Lol, this. We hear this every year from U6 fan.

Cal definitely wants to win this game, but if he loses, he’s not going to lose sleep. U6 fans are obsessed with being on par with us, which is added pressure to the coach who puts all of his energy into trying to win this game. We’ve seen the outcome over the past ten years.

Louisville’s bench is better (and much deeper). Samuel Williamson and Malik Williams in particular are very good subs. Dwayne Sutton is also better than EJ Montgomery.

Louisville is a much better shooting team, and its starters have been playing together for years. Kentucky looks pretty dysfunctional right now.

I’m not saying we can’t win, but this is the least confident I’ve been about the game since the series started.
