I would still like to see Hornsby end up N.. backup QB, Punt return, slot WR, RB.. whatever the position, he would bring more speed.

Allen and Ervin have a future here.. I don't know what to think of Grant.. he got worse as the season went on, after being the JUCO POTY..

Not high on Rahmir, the other Johnson, who knows.

PS: I expect after spring ball, there will be a big flush and they will have identified some other targets/areas of need.

Would love to have Hornsby given CT and Sim's injury history. He has that crazy speed that can be utilized at several positions.

He's probably about as fast as anyone NU has had, including Turner.

Nikki, I agree on Rahmir and the Johnson kid. I think Grant got frustrated last year and tried to do too much and went away from his natural running style. Hope he reverts to his early season form.

first of the year he ran into the backs of the oline (holes were closed)
middle of the year he stared cuting to the green areas (yards)
end of the year he was spending too much time trying to juke and jive (fast defense enclose fast)
with all/most? the oline coming back hopefully they can start making holes..
be nice to have the oline guy in the portal coming up.

Yep. We’ve got some solid returning backs. Recruiting for the trenches IMO is a much bigger priority.
