Headband Houdini
Ding ding ding ding — we have a winner, folks.

I’ve been saying that Paul is a magician, and my nickname for him in this thread was The Wizard of Bayonne.

But “The Headband Houdini” is perfect. Got some good alliteration to go along with hitting the notes of the headband and the magician aspect.

If you don't know, she was an original "mouse"
On the Mickey Mouse Club at age 12.
Only old timers would remember Annette. I think they should play part of the song when he is introduced at the JM arena and/or after he makes a good play and there is a timeout

Pivot Paul. What we are seeing from Paul right now will be replicated for the rest of the season.

His game is old school, and fundamentally solid. The use of the pivot, ability to have different angles, head fakes, ball fakes create a multitude of problems for his defenders.

We are very lucky to have Paul.

How about, Paul "Baby Bird" Mulcahey. Perhaps we need another 25 games to get this one.

His hometown high school has a nickname, The Bees. I know he went to Gills but I would like the nickname STINGER. Originally the grey bees years ago. They were a real blue collar lunch bucket team that tried to beat you up. If you tried to fly in for a layup, you figured you were ending up on the floor because one of them put you there. They didn’t hold they pushed. They had to have all lifted before it was part of the regiment.

Being replicated is the key. Paul's game is more easily consistent when you are getting Cliff dunks and Paul layup and 5 footers compared to relying on hot outside shooting and one on one mid range jumperd
