His screen name was a tongue in cheek reference to his physical disabilities. He was wheelchair bound his entire life with muscular dystrophy. Lots of health problems but man did he have fun. If any of you were Howard Stern fans and remember Steve the intern banging Tabitha Stevens...well that was the good Doctor!
