Not doubting you heard or saw it, but where is he a 5*. I know he is an elite, AA punter, but haven't seen anything about 5*. Plus, I don't think they award them to kickers

We've tried the "punter that can place kick" route twice and failed both times (Bell and Cooke). Both good punters with strong, inaccurate legs. Good only for kicking off. Why can't we actually sign a pure kicker who is highly rated instead of always relying on walk ons?
My kids go to school with Tucker. He's a complete stud kicker. He's made several 50+ yard field goals in the last two seasons. He's a huge get for us.
