with some significant limitations. I'll just name two - scoring from the 5 and winning on the road. This team can't do either. Poor recruiting will be the demise of this coaching staff.

We're the worst 2 point shooting team in the conference. Combination of bad shots and missed chippies.
This team isn’t average. They’re very much better than average they just don’t want to go to the tourney bad enough.

Assigning the blame to a lack of effort is and has always been lazy analysis. The team isn't good enough, full stop.

I think their egos are too big, after big wins they follow it up with less than impressive performances and yes that includes SHU were we didnt play good IMO
Rutgers defeated Purdue two years back on the road in front of a hostile crowd.Yes,road wins have been few and far between.
We’re a very average B1G team. Middle of the pack. Saying the we dont want to go to the tournament bag enough is a harsh slap at the team, unproven and unfair.
This team has always been better as the underdog with people counting them out. Geo and Ron should have evolved past this
How about there is lot of parity in the b10 and there’s a lot of ups and downs across the league. You think IOWA fans are melting down with having only scored 70 points in 3 halves? They have “shooters” that we supposedly don’t. How long before the fire Fran message board warriors start.
Objectively Cliff had an off game but everyone else played decently. Playing a team with 0 expectations is a dangerous thing as today showed. They hit contested shot after contested shot, many as the shot clock expired. The fans get going and that’s not easy to overcome on the road.
Very few people on here give totally objective analysis. We are all partial.
Objectively you go by record. At this point we are above average in the b10 by our record. That is the only measuring stick that matters the rest of the season. Wins. Scoring 1 or more points that our opponents is all that matters, whether it’s 40-39 or 100-99.
