I obviously know the song and maybe I knew this at one time but I listened to the video and I am saying to myself that has to be a Jim Steinman song. It has the same feel and sound as the Meatloaf song "I Would Do Anything For Love".

Meatloaf claimed that both Total Eclipse of the Heart & Air Supply's Making Love Out of Nothing At All were written for him but Steinman sold them elsewhere due to a dispute with his record company.
