Elementary Education Day - I have the secret to home court advantage. Next time we have a big rivalry or highly ranked team come into the Hump, we need to pack it with elementary kids and give them candy and rally towels. The kids were into every single possession and loud and shrilllll. That has to be nerve racking to the opposition.

Waaaaaay back in the day, my roommate and I would go to the women's games. They had to be counting concession folks and everything to get anywhere near 100 in attendance. We would sit in our normal Courtside seats. Could "yell", not really that loud and be heard. Most girls did not adjust well to it, and quite a few would give evil glares. Our players would ask to make sure we showed.

I went to some games back in the early 2000s where you could hear the individual conversations in timeouts it was so few people.

The loudest event I've ever intended was a small gym with two 6th grade girls' postseason volleyball matches going on simultaneously.
Louder than concerts, parties, and college or pro sporting events. It was physically painful, and I stuck tissues in my ears just so I could bear to stay in the building.

This would be 10 years before that. We could tame out OOC schedule and then get absolutely smoked by the barners, tenners, and the van chancellors.

Back in the day WBB season tickets were $25 and worth one BDC point. I would buy 10-20 per year and couldn’t give them away. We would go to a few games per year if we were in town. Vic changed all that

Well that's more like it. Completely dominated a SWAC team like you're supposed to.

Turnovers are still way to high, especially considering all the guards we're playing. That'll matter in bigger games.
