WBB leading China 52-41 at the half...

[MissStFan87]

Jackson with 16 points, Morris and Matharu pitched in 8 a piece. Very good contributions from the newcomers.

If they hold the lead, they'll advance to the medal rounds and we'll finally get some actual streams.

Bout the only video

[MissStFan87]

I forgot to link that. Obviously the video quality isn't great but it's much better than trying to get the live stats to load on the Universiade site.

78 70. China. 6 or so minutes left

[Nunya.sixpack]

Tied. 3:33 to go

[MissStFan87]

Jackson with the 3-point play to tie it with 3:33.

[MissStFan87]

Jackson with another bucket, followed by a steal and fastbreak layup by Hemmingway. 4-point lead now, 1:55 to go.

FINAL: 87-79 victory. On to the medal rounds!

87 79.

We win

If you were able to watch the periscope....that was some fun stuff from about 5 minutes to the end.

[MissStFan87]

Absolutely. Jackson took over down the stretch. I didn't really catch the 3rd but I know she had at least 25 for the game.

[Nunya.sixpack]

Finished with 26.

[bruiser.sixpack]

So what kind of injury does Breamber Scott have? Limping badly during introductions.

[Nunya.sixpack]

Cruising in the left lane. It finally caught up.

Should have Japan according to schedule I found

[She Mate Me]

17-1 run to close the game. This team definitely knows how to finish.

I found a detailed box score. Morris had 10 pts and 13 boards in just 15 minutes. It looks like we're loaded at the post this year.

We may be a lot better than I thought possible if we get solid PG play this season.

[Nunya.sixpack]

there was a single sequence in the fourth that really swung it hard.

down 79-72 at about 5:30, miss Jackson drove the lane, scored, got fouled. missed the layup. ms. morris got the rebound (not sure if she was wearing heels today) and she scored. 4 point swing. china takes the ball down and we draw a charge. china's offense never recovered. they were flinging 3s from then on and missing.
