Galesburg vs Sterling: Galesburg has improved, but Sterling has been playing on another level. Sterling’s defense probably plays in the Galesburg backfield all night. Sterling 42 – Galesburg 7.

Moline vs Quincy: Moline knocking off undefeated Geneseo last week makes this game more interesting. Can the Maroons derail another undefeated team? I think Quincy has too much firepower. Quincy 28 – Moline 13.

United Township vs Geneseo: Bounce back game for both teams as they both suffered tough loses last week. Can UT get finish drives? Can Geneseo cut down on the penalties and turn overs? The team that plays the cleaner game will win. Geneseo 31 – UT 24.

Rock Island vs Glenwood: Rocky continues its walk down a murderer's row of a schedule with Chatham Glenwood from the CS8. Rocky has shown sparks at time. Maybe they can put something together this week to make it close. Glenwood 35 – Rocky 21.

The Moline Quincy game intrigues me because this will tell us if Quincy is really that good being 4-0 or if they just haven't played anyone yet. Sterling-Galesburg
Galesburg has really improved this year on offense, looks like they have a decent mobil QB and a good running back that’s hard to bring down, but did you notice their defense is giving up like 40 points a game? Betting Sterling gets it into the 50s in this one, but can the defense hold them to 7 points or less to keep their 6.75 per game average for the year alive?

I got Sterling, Moline, Geneseo by bunches, and Glenwood by 4 scores, maybe more.

Massey has Moline by 8... for what it's worth.

Moline played Rochester hard... I don't see this Quincy team hanging for more than a quarter with Rochester this year.
That's my logic, which will probably make me eat crow as always, for picking Moline.

You are not kidding about penalties and fumbles for Geneseo. They lost 5 fumbles and still only lost by a point. I do not see UT being a close one at all.

If not for getting burnt on 1 beautiful long bomb pass by UT just before halftime, Sterling would have shut them out. But don’t sell them short, they have some athletes.

Looks like UT had a few more and won, sorry for the loss, 2 in a row has to sting, and both losses came to schools Sterling has beat this year. Watch out for Galesburg next week. Their offense is really good, defense, not so much, they are going to be way better on offense than you think.

I’m watching the Sterling- Galesburg game as I type this. Sterling leads 56-48 with 3:53 left in the game. I don’t care what anyone says, but Galesburg has one of the best offense I’ve seen this year.

Can’t say enough how impressed I was with Galesburgs offense last night. It’s got me questioning how good Sterlings defense is? How does Sterling hold Meta and Moline to 10 but give up 56 to Galesburg? I think Galesburg only punted twice all game. if Galesburg could step up their defense they would be a real contender with that offense. curious to see how many points Geneseo gives up next week.

I thin Sterling's defense just had an off night. Galesburg has some really nice play makers but was held under 30 in their other two losses and their two wins where they put up big points were against 0-5 teams.

Geneseo had a bad game on defense it happens, your Galesburg advice however didn’t matter as Geneseo running clocked Galesburg.
