Based a lot on what teams are losing to graduation

Lakeland lost a lot of talent to King’s Fork last year. It was remarkable what they did this year.

Who did they lose? I heard they had some kids who should have been at Nansemond River. Kids move fluidly in Suffolk?

Lakeland had 6’7 Bravion Campbell, who was just a sophomore this year, and 6’6 Quentin Livingston. They both started on the King’s Fork team this year and will return next year. King’s Fork will likely have the same caliber team that John Marshall had this past year. I’m hopeful to see them play each other this year.

That would explain King Forks dominance along with the Epps kid being as good as he is.

Outside of Armstrong and Northside. All who made the state tournament lose huge pieces. Will be interesting to see which 3A schools from beach area reload
